This is true particularly in regard to such a unique narrative as the traditional fairy tale. At the finale of the Armenian fairy tale three apples fall from heaven. As a rule, the apples are not related to the main body of the story, but are part of the narrative frame. The author analyses this finale and suggests various hypotheses regarding the diversity of these endings. Based on both the structural differences and semantic features as well as the variations these finales demonstrate, the author concludes that they are conditioned by both regional and dialectal differences as well as by the complexity of their meaning.
