It is the first examination in its kind. Through extensive research in different museums, catalogues, and private collections the author has been able to collect data on 28 such tasses and accordingly develop his observations. Based on a collection of 28 tasses, the study describes these tasses, their Armenian inscriptions, the dates and places of their production, and the names of their owners. The study concludes that these were owned and used by females and given to them as a present on a special occasion, which could be their birth or baptism, or wedding. Unfortunately, nothing can be said about the workshops and their Armenian identity as none of the tasses has a stamp or the inscription of the craftsman. The author notes that the tasses were produced between the late 1860s and the 1930s, and infers that these were produced in different areas of Western Armenia and the peripheries. The article offers a table that details the height, diameter, weight, and thickness of the 28 tasses described here.Ակնարկ հայկական արձանագրութեամբ պղնձեայ թասերու վրայ
