The epidemic has become a factor in international relations and has left its negative mark on almost all spheres of public life. The epidemic has affected the economies of developing countries, and some regions are mired in socio-economic crises. The virus has tested the young, fragile states of the Caucasus in terms of resilience, and especially resilience to new challenges. Given the state-building process in these countries, which has been going on for three decades since the collapse of the Soviet Union, the epidemic has become a major factor in the formation of these countries' political culture and public administration institutions.
