Abstract
The author briefly reports on the losses the Armenian community of Syria faced during the war years. Against the backdrop of a general overview of the Armenians of Syria, the report highlights specifically the financial, demographic, cultural, business, and educational losses and implications of the war on the Aleppo Armenians, the new demographic map of the Armenians of Syria and their future prospects.
