Abstract
In this article the author presents six of the twenty four Armenian manuscripts, that are kept in the library of Near East School of Theology. The manuscripts presented are the following: 1. Canticles, scribe: Hagovbos (A. D. 1270). 2. Collection, scribe: Paghtassar (A. D. 1669). 3. Grigor of Tatev, Interpretation of Psalms, scribe: Garabet of Iber (17th century). 4. Epimerdes (meteorological guide) and Calendar, scribe: Unknown (19-20th century). 1. Book of Homilies, scribe: Unknown (20th century). 2. Tesbihat (Armeno-Kurdish hymn book), scribe: Unknown (20th century). Of these six manuscripts, five are being presented here for the first time. The third, however, has been previously presented by Archbishop Artavazd Surmeyian, in his The Catalogue of the Armenian Manuscripts in Aleppo, Antelias and Private Collections, vol. 2, Aleppo, 1936 (manuscript no. 32), is now being presented with certain corrections.
