| dc.description.abstract | The article is a firsthand report on the current humanitarian crisis in Artsakh, which has been under an illegal blockade by the Azeri state for over 240 days, since December 2022. The author analyses the impact of the four most destructive catastrophes of humankind, namely war, revolution, famine and epidemic, on the native population of Artsakh and concludes that Azeri state policy is not intended to provide safe and secure conditions for the population of Artsakh, which is a requisite of human rights and minority rights. On the contrary, in a blatant violation of the tripartite declaration of November 9, 2020, Azerbaijan intends to carry out ethnic cleansing in the self-proclaimed Republic of Artsakh, a repetition of the old Young Turk anti-Armenian policy of resolving the Armenian Cause: "No Armenians, no cause." | |
