Abstract
The study of the irregular verbs and their effective tutoring is an important concern. How they are taught needs to be periodically revised to register changes, shifts and developments. Incomplete verbs should be considered as a separate category of the irregular verbs. The existing shifts and irregularities should be presented not as the specific feature of a set of verbs but in a broader typical expression. Such a method gives a better chance of scientifically and systematically describing and successfully teaching the irregularities.
