Abstract
The author analyzes a number of words in Western Armenian and their misuse, particularly in Western Armenian. In some cases, he refers to their usage in contemporary Eastern Armenian. He bases his comments on various Western and Eastern Armenian dictionaries, highlighting nuances in their meanings and offering suggestions on how to use them.
This is the second part of a study of commonly used words that are similar or close in pronunciation but differ in their spelling and meanings in contemporary Western Armenian. This part covers words beginning with any letter of the Armenian alphabet between ճ (DJ) and Օ(O) . The first part was published in the previous volume (39th) of the Haigazian Armenological Journal.
