Abstract
Mostly with the use of the hitherto unpublished material in Armenian historiography and with the givens of the memoirs of Dr. Abdurrahman Melek, the onetime prime minister of the Republic of Hatay and later the governor-general of the Turkish province of Hatay, and of the memoirs of Rene Massigli, the one-time Head of the French Special Committee for Hatay and later the French ambassador to Turkey, the author tries to reconstruct the story and the vicissitudes of the second exodus of the Armenians of Mussa Dagh.
