Հայկական պղնձեղէնի Սարգիս Զամպաքճեանի հաւաքածոն

Abstract
The paper is a report on the Armenian copper utensils collection of Sarkis Zambakdjian, a Lebanese Armenian who has been collecting these items since 1988. The collection is comprised of 50 items, mostly dishes and plates of different sizes, some candlesticks, bath tosses, bath boxes, and divits. All but 3 items have no Armenian inscriptions or stamps identifying the craftsman on them. The article describes all the items, gives their specifications (weight, height, width, diameter, thickness of the copper). Furthermore, the article decodes all the Armenian inscriptions engraved on the items, provides photos of the inscriptions, and the stamps identifying the craftsman as well as some outstanding ornaments and designs which have high artistic and creative value. The article lists all the proper names of individuals and locations as well as the dates mentioned in the inscriptions. The paper decodes two Greek inscriptions but falls short of reading one of the four Arabic inscriptions.
